What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, tune, and program radio equipment. Basic network skills. Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory process for assigned inventory.
• Aid customers remotely for technical challenges and report on trends, needs and service challenges thru current CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and mobile apps. Individual should have professional written communication skills.
• Review pre-install documents to determine which parts will be needed to complete the repair. Must be able to follow directions when given a task from management with little oversight or assistance
• Gather and report accurately on service activities by utilizing reporting tools. Capture and document known issues. Prepare and ship for post-repair equipment.
• Able to trouble shoot and make necessary repairs to electrical, electronic and mechanical assemblies. Must be familiar with and able to operate hand tools and small power tools.
• Must be able to lift 65lbs. 
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
